Hi Vic,

Got it. If you had COSM, you'd be able to adjust for shell depths and
diameters. Just kidding. I don't know what's on the CD ROM that comes
with the kit. Yamaha has been known to skip a few sizes on their tom
samples in the past, so you may not be able to fill in the gaps. One
thing that you might try besides adjusting the tuning is varying
delay on the missing sizes to compensate, and you can experiment with
laying voices to create a missing drum--say, layering a 14 and a 16
to get a 15. Also, the difference between 12 and 13 wouldn't seem to
be so great that tuning and a little extra tweaking of parameters
might provide enough differentiation. I'd be tempted to say the same
thing about 16 and 18 (you might use a maple kick to approximate the
latter). I'll go way out on a limb and speculate that tuning to a 6
and 8 from the 10, keeping the results relatively dry, while the
larger sizes get progressively wetter, might not sound bad at all.

But you might want to ask Yamaha directly about the availability of
the full series somewhere. Join Yamaha's DTXperience forum, and pose
the question directly to Yamahammer. If he doesn't know, he'll find
someone who does.
