Dave Smith Instruments SYNTHESIZERS

Ok I downloaded the update and also purchsed the PC editor and the 
update feature does not work. The Pic file starts at 32 and counts 
down to 2 and then the evo goes back to normal and the binary count 
never happens, the dsp file starts at 32 and stops at 16.

Why is this not working ?
