Okay folks,

The PCBs and DACs are all here. I will begin shipping Wednesday. I will
also be busy w/ my day job and The Bridechamber this week, but I hope

How many PCBs total? I need to size an LCD Support PCB reorder.

Anybody doing CVS PCBs other than Scott's order?

John

Just thought I'd mention for when your are doing the LCD Support reorder. I ordered the CVS board from Scott and already purchased the LCD support PCB from you.

LCD Support PCBs rev. A00

2008-01-01 by John Loffink

I just ordered new LCD Support PCBs since I had run out of the first run.
This new version A00 has the Ground/Power connection fixed for the Lumex
LCD, so no cutting or wire swaps will be necessary. Price will be $17.50
per kit USA/Canada, add $1.50 for International shipping. Kit includes the
hard to get black 2/56" screws, 2/56" washers, LCD Support PCB and
programmed ATTiny23 microcontroller. I will post a message to the list when
these are available.

For those who haven't been following, the LCD Support kit provides an
interface to a 16x2 LCD for your CVS or PSIM, as well as a MIDI interface.
Details including pictures, demos, bill of materials and build instructions
are in the Yahoo groups CVS files section.

Just an added note: you don't need to pre-order or reserve the new LCD
Support PCBs. There should be plenty to go around, and I can always order
more if needed. I'll announce to the list when the new kits are available.

Scott, I believe I asked for one of these but not sure if I've payed for
it. I'm confusing it with my order for JH's triple chorus PCB. Do you
have any way to check that easily?

Thanks.

Hi David,

No payment from you. I put them all in my "Current Orders" mailbox. No

I did my DACs (did I already write this, or only think about it...?)
Use VERY LITTLE solder on your tip, and use a new fine tip. Mine went
very fast, very easy.

Re: The PCBs are here!

Since people will be starting to build their PCBs, I uploaded a
picture in the Files > Hardware > CVS Module folder that highlights
the polarity of various components. The polarity matches the silk
screen on the PCB but this is another way of verifying correct
installation of components.

The file is "CVS PCB rev 2 polarity.jpg"
