Update
2006-07-02 by djbrow54
It's been pretty quiet here so I thought I would post an update.
I've completed the LCD Support microcontroller code. Everything
appears to be working and we just need some hardware to do final
debug. I uploaded a software user's guide to the files>hardware
folder called CVS_LCD_SW_Guide.pdf It details all of the commands.
The display works pretty nice. I may have to update my PSIM display
to the larger LCD. I also added a MIDI monitor mode for hexadecimal
display of MIDI data. John's design of the PCB can be used as a CVS
display, PSIM MIDI and/or display, or a stand-alone MIDI monitor.
Very flexible.
I've also ordered a AtomPro28 and hope to get it next week. I have a
left over PCB from an AtomPro24 design that I can use to validate the
processor. I talked with BasicMicro and they said all of the code is
included in the latest release of IDE so I'll test that out as well.
