I did the PCB using the free ExpressPCB software which can only be used with their service. I had no other tools and no one else volunteered to help with the PCB. Anyone can volunteer to redesign the PCB to generate an industry common format. The design file for the PCB is posted in the files section. You can use it to order PCBs. With solder mask and silk screen, it becomes economical above a quantity of 8. Anyone is free to organize another group buy. You have to have a windows PC to run the software and a credit card to purchase. That's what Scott did for the last order. I believe the TI DAC7714UB might still be on allocation so you'll need to check that or find a source for the Analog Devices part. That would take a call to your local rep. No one volunteered for that task last time either.
