Thanks for the HPGL tip.
I used the scal-o-matic to create the tic marks. I chose to not add
numbers since there isn't room. I left the 0 and 10 as engravings.
It dropped the cost from $195 to $117 (including deleting the fancy
logos). Not bad. The lines are 0.2 mm. I can make them thicker but
I think these look OK.
I uploaded it as an HPGL version.
