There aren't stereo patches, but there are stereo combinations of layered patches, with one (or 2) sound(s) assigned to each output. These can be detuned copies of the same patch, giving a nice stereo effect.
In multi-mode the first 4 channels (8 voices) are assigned to output 1, and the rest to output 2.
I'm not familiar with the TX81z so I don't know how it compares to that.

Yeah I don't think it's balanced either, but I was under the impression
the outputs are '1' and '2' like with the TX81Z, rather than 'left'
and 'right'. So are there actual stereo patches?
