Help - Knobs instability

Hello, I bought a brand new Andromeda A6 in USA. I'm brazilian and here, in my country, i saw the knobs were unstable. Only volume knob was stable. Removed the knobs caps, i saw only volume knob with a plastic ring to fix it. Another knobs do not have the same plastic ring. My question is that's normal? or Alesis forgot plastic rings to fix another knobs? Thanks a lot, Ps: plastic rings are located between knobs and front panel
