Alesis Andromeda A6

Yep, I'm having this problem too. 
Whatever is going on is also getting sent to the MIDI interface
as there's data being registered in Logic's transport bar.

Assistance greatly appreciated.

2. Mod wheel issues

Hi guys,
There is a known bug related to mod wheel vibrato effects showing up in 
patches without doing anything, but I'm experiencing extreme behavior 
where my A6 sends weird MIDI output and touching the Mod wheel messes 
the patch settings totally and starts changing all kinds of parameter 
values.
I'm wondering if a hard reset would fix this problem, the hypothesis 
being that something stored in static RAM (if any)
 is restored, or 
could it be a hardware problem where the wheels are mechanically messed 
up and shorted or something. I have not really (ab)used the A6 so wear 
and tear may not be an issue.
Any ideas?
