What does this have to do with the AVR ?

I got fed up with this sort of thing on the two Yahoo groups I am 
responsible for, and made them moderated. It's a bit of extra work for the 
moderator, and for people joining the group, but it is completely effective.

The group is moderated, but everyone gets a chance, if the person has 
not replied in the next 12 or so hours then I will delete and ban them

They sprayed it through multiple groups, vaguely uP related.

My suggestion is that all job vacancies should be excluded from the group discussion which is not avr related.

I agree :)

As he did not bother to reply to my question and he also spammed many 
groups, he is now banned.
