1. CA Service Desk Analyst : candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience with experience to Package administration, user account management, configuration, performance tuning etc. Experience in Unicenter is an added advantage.
2. DB Lead/Mgr : The total work experience should be 5 years with able to define and own the administration, backup, user accounts, performance tuning, installation, integration of all (Oracle, SQL, Windows NT) databases.
