Hello Bill
i also use butterfly. Code compiled with Bascom and send to
Butterfly trough serial link, using bootloader and AvrProg rev 1.40. Run
perfectly, 100% success
ISP programming (necesary to program some fuses) also OK with

and other peoples hex files that are supposed to work. I have tried 2
different computers, and when I try programming the AVR Butterfly
using AVR Prog in AVR Studio, I keep getting this message when trying
write the code. IT actually writes the code but when it verifies spits
this out. Has anyone else ever received this same problem? Perhaps it
is my butterfly. Everything else works. Have my serial port set to
19200, 8 data and 1 stop bit, no hand shaking. Is this a common
problem? I couldnt find it while googling.
