I don't use OrCAD, guessing I could download your library and load it 
into my old demo copy, but thought this might be a good thing to 
discuss in public:

For the popular 64 pin AVR pinouts what do you use for pad dimensions? 
In other words how wide and long are your pads, and how far apart side 
to side and all the way across the part?

Have found about 8 TQFP-64 footprints, most of which I believe will 
work, but the issue is how long should the pads stick out beyond the 
pin lead, and how far should they stick back under the part, and how 
wide do they need to be, all for good repeatable manufacturing?
