Of course he's not. He's just a spammer. One even more stupid than
the average spammer. It could even be Anatolij Vulf, the registered
owner of semiresearch.com, who's been doing shady stuff like hacking
GSM, etc since 1998.

Digikey or its agents would be in violation of the DMCA for
attempting to circumvent a copy protection measure. So it's NOT
Digikey!
