Can we start this thread again?  The OP is obviously not in a calm 
state of mind.  Can we put aside the personal comments and see if 
there are any worthwhile issues to discuss?

Does it make sense to use Vista for mission-critical work?

Just how evil is Atmel for not supporting Linux, given how many AVR 
developers are perfectly happy with other tools under Linux?

Is AVRfreaks unique in that many respondents don't take the time to 
fully understand the OP's question?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
