Hm...what makes your music professional? The tools you use?
I think not. You could buy equipment for $$$ and still don´t sound
professional. I recommend you to listen to Daft Punk. Low budget
equipment but very professional...

hi plasma...

have you heard his sound???
so could you realy judge it??
i think, too that the worth $$ of equipment doesn´t let make you good
sound....BUT
if you make good sound with good ideas,it´s great to have the gear, to let
your visions come true
in cool sound quality. that´s my opinion about "how much gear i need for
good sound" questions...
discussed alot in keyboard forum, u know perhaps????
owns the guy posted above an an1x...so that he is allowed to present us his
music.
i don´t have (till now!!!) one, i will preset this list my sound on the
moment i use an an1x in a song....
that´s something ´bout OT. or is anyone allowed using yamaha gear????

FWIW - I have both a standard MIDI Interface and a MIDIMAN MIDISport USB
2x2. On the Mac, the MIDISport USB MIDI Interface works okaaaaay for
MIDI Note On & Off (with some apps) but its completely unreliable for
SysEx. That's true for AN1xEdit and other apps. Windows users seem to
have better luck with the MIDISport 2x2 but you may want to try it with
AN1xEdit *before* you unload your old MIDI Interface.

I've posted my USB MIDI Interface experience on my website if you're
interested.

hi jon.

i´m searching the moment for an interface as well....´cause i will hopefully
get this fuckin´ an1x thing,soon.
so it would be better with more synth´s not to go with midi thru at all,i
think.

i´m using PC logic and want to ask wot´s ´bout the new emagic "little"
interface just came out???
i don´t need more than 2 in´s and 4 out´s !!!
further recommends for me??

TO GET SOME HIGHER RANKING AT MP3.COM or whatever.
Catch my drift?

wot´s wrong ´bout this?? if he gives anything ´bout that...
but for me personnaly it´s more important to get FEEDBACK (pos or neg...)
from listeners.that´s very difficult to get on mp3.com.
so you MUST ask people for that thing,to get meanings ´bout your sound.
but the dj guy does it not in the right ääähhmm form...but if he uses
the an1x it´s okay for me. i want to hear fat tracks with this synth.
if they sound shit, i can stop my search for the yammi....
but please no pop music.THANX.

MOS.

I understand what you mean, and i think there is nothing to argue
about, but the dude let it sound like since he bought these tools...,
since only then he is able to do "proffessional sound"...kinda
weird...don´t you think so?

Yes, almost useless discussion.

Um, i don´t know if he has an AN1x, i didn´t feel checking, (do i
have to? No.), i never heard of him before and i guess we won´t hear
from him again...just like all the other Dotcom musicians, who just
come here to promote...you know the deal.
END OF "DJ" Topic.

I´ve listened to your music, Frank, and it sounds very nice indeed.
So i am listenend forward, what you will do with AN1x. I think you
should try to get one second hand, though the s/h prices are around
800 - 1100DM (last keyboards).
