An200 editor?

An200 editor?

2004-04-12 by soundcrafter

Hi, anyone know where I can find the an200 editor? I checked back
thru the archives here, but all the sites I found were no longer
valid.

I'd prefer the stand alone version, but the plugin will do.

thanks

Well, not quite... the one one that site is the AN Expert editor.
It does work with the AN200 (I'm using it now, actually), but I'm
looking for the version from the CD that came with it.

What you want is the copyrighted material not distributed via the web. You need to
email Yamaha and ask them for a copy - there will probably be a charge associated
with it (maybe not?) but you won't find that sw on AN1x-list.

Ah, so *that's* why it's nowhere to be found! I didn't realize it
was copyright protected. That seems silly, considering it's just an
editor program... you'd think they would want it to be available.

I've already contacted Yamaha, but I have yet to get a response. I
guess I'll just have to sit back and wait...

Thanks for the info...

It takes about 24+ hours to receive a response from Yamaha.

Hmm... it's been about 3 days. I sent e-mails to customer support
from yamahasynth.com and yamaha.com.

Is there someplace else I should check? Or perhaps they're just
busy...

I had the same story, Yamaha will give you unworking url adress or url,
where no such soft can be found...
