Now the bad news: You can't download it to the AN1x. It requires taking the synth apart, and changing a large IC. Yamaha was giving them out for free during the warranty period of the synth; you might have to pay for it. All of the updates were for bug fixes and such. There were never any feature-update releases, to my knowledge. If your AN1x is not bothering you, I'd leave it alone.
