But I don't know, maybe the AN1X is quite different from the Virus B (and different from the Korg MS-2000 and Nord Modular as well)?? >Theirs even a set of preprogrammed D&B patches out on the web somewhere, but >as well as basses it can make lush pads, lead lines, dodgy 80's brass sounds >plus loads more besides. Yes, I actually found a site with some d&b patches. But it would be nice to hear some sound clips from the synth before I get one. I'm still searching the net for some sites with sound clips. I already have three VA-synths, the Virus B, Korg MS-2000 and the Nord Modular. But I'm thinking about changing my old Yamaha DX-7 to an AN1X. I would probably use the AN1X as motherkeyboard. I have heard that it's keyboard it pretty good? 61 keys (with velocity & aftertouch)? I read that the AN1X has a morphing function, which makes it possible to morph between two different sounds. I can imagine that this function can create some really weird and nasty basses. But how easy/practical is this function? Does it work as you could imagine it would? Thanx again for all your answers! /CJ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Try FREE Yahoo! Mail - the world's greatest free email! http://mail.yahoo.com/
