Hello,

1st of all Happy new year to all :-) buon anno 

I will probably get an ex5r and I wonder if it can replace 
100 % my AN1X (sonically only of course) 
what are the real differences of the AN parts ? 

scene 1 and 2 is retain I guess 
polyphony ? 
free egs ? 
any other major issue ?

Two suggestions:

1) Search the archives for this topic as Peter has posted more 
than once regarding his EX5. I'm sure you'll find some info he 
can elaborate upon as necessary.

2) Check out Sonikmatter.com Last I heard the EX5 Tech 
forumand it's remaining membership had moved there

Indeed, and I replied this time as well. Unfortunately, it didn't get
through the first time around because I changed my e-mail address, and
Yahoo! Groups! requires! you! to! validate! that!

As a matter of fact, the active community moved to www.ex5tech.com. I have
to admit that I don't know Sonik Matter, so it could be that there people
hanging around there as well.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
