Am I the only person who has problems getting onto the AN1X eGroups
server?

Time and time again I am refused access to the Files section because I
am "Not a member of the group AN1x-list" - though I have been (on and
off) for about two years

Time and time again I must re-input my access stuff - my identity, my
password, just to gain entry

Never is it easy

Can anybody help at all?

Chris,

At the risk of sounding ridiculous, are you changing your email address 
from time to time?  I moderate another forum, and a couple of the members 
had the same complaint.  In both cases, the problem boiled down to an 
address change.

Um, that's pretty much it in a nutshell.

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AN1x-list Enter your email id and 
password and that's it - you're in. You don't need to sign in to review 
messages - the Archive is Public but the Files section, etc. are not 
Public. You must sign in to gain access.

yeah, well... actually it's quite easy... egroups
doesn't excist anymore... instead it's called
yahoogroups. the only thing you have to do is to
convert all your egroups to yahoogroups. to do that,
go to the site(s) of your egroups and click on the
link 'convert' or something like that and follow the
instructions
