AN1x related: Has anyone ever found that only one audio channel is
available, and then after a couple of resets it comes back? It happened to
me, and I'm just wondering if I've got a hardware or software issue....


pinheadx - Happy sampling. Smile, you're not the first victim of a virus
attachment. I work for the US government and we had ugly problems for over
2 days last spring with this kind of virus until they got the correct
filters. ....crap happens.

Nope, I don't trust them. They make your system less stable, and
they cost some performance (which is not a good thing when you want
to do synchronised audio stuff).

Maybe Outlook Express under Windows NT doesn't see them, or stuff
like that.

Apart from that, my computer won't boot now. But as I see it, that's
because I installed some UltraATA tool which I shouldn't have in
the first place, because I don't have such an interface (only the
drive).

I did buy a PLextor CD-rewriter, though.
