Not to disappoint you, but that zippering probably can't be fixed in the OS. They seem to have assigned a limited number of steps (probably 256 or one hex 4 bit nibble) to many parameters. When you've got an extremely high Q on the resonance, any step between filter cutoff frequencies will be obvious. I even think that phenomenon explains the burbly or bubbly sounds out of a TB-303 on filter sweeps; that even though it is purely analog, the bass frequencies are low enough that your ear detects the motion of the resonance as a wave crosses zero. Anyway, it's not only filtering that suffers from zippering when morphing. It's a quirk of the machine and I've sorta learned to like it.
