AN Expert Editor allows you to open .AN1 file types.

From the File menu, select Open AN Expert File... you should be able to toggle between
the File Type .ANS and .AN1 from the drop down menu in the Open dialog.

Then use the Voice button (adjacent to the Store button) from the AN Expert GUI to open
the AN Voice List dialog - you will the .AN1 voices listed under the User option.
