yea I have I have a good connection to Alesis sometimes... I moderate the Official ION/Micron group ... alesis-ion@yahoogroups.com there are a lot of patches and other tools there to use ... all of my work was under warranty I know of a authorized repair place in LA that will work on Alesis items out of warranty, Yamaha too I believe. There is also a person a few miles from me that works for the local music stores, authorized for some, out of his garages. Yes that not a typo, garages. Like I tell everyone, try tech support first. Email and phone. Are you in the states? I have heard about different levels of service outside the states. more than this Jeff is going to send me a note, so go off list or join the alesis yahoo group ... dale
