Was just wondering...does anyone on here have both an Alesis Andromeda 
and an AN1x ?

too expensive ...
And you don't need "hi end" (nowadays) gear to have fun with music ! 
Let's consider the "vintage" fashion : obsolete electronics are now 
collector items and are supposed to give "the" sound .... Tube amps , 
old Moogs or ARPs and so on ... were once sold for a handful of nuts 
when the new generation came .

There hasn't been much discussion regarding the Andromeda (in 
relation to the AN1x) on this list.  Then only user i know of for 
certain who owned both is no longer participates on this mailing 
list, having sold his AN1x :-/

If it's a comparison fo virtual analog vs. 'physical' analog you're
