There are several joystick assignments which you can switch internally on
the XP2, do they not change the CC?

I actually was messing around with this yesterday and realized that running
the XP2 into the computer so MIDI-OX can remap, then send it out and back
through the router or into the controller or something on the way to the WS
is hardly practical.  As you note!

Except the Doepfer stuff is somewhat expensive.  I am leaning towards the
KAOSS pad or maybe just buying a Korg Z1 to use as a controller.   And a
synth.  :o)
