I searched the DX200 list here at Yahoo! and found this thread from 
May 2003 regarding bulk dumps:

Here's an offbeat idea...perhaps you could load the .MID file into 
your sequencer and export it as a .SYX file THEN use a dedicated 
SysEx librarian to perform the bulk dump.  Don't know if it's worth 
your while, but if your friends MIDI Interface alone doesn't get the 
job done you might give it a shot...
