Okay - no offense, but there is online help in AN1xEdit. You need to try and help yourself 
a little more. I'm happy to help, but I don't have the time or inclination to repeat what's in 
the manual.

On the menu bar, go to Help -> AN1xEdit Help: Select Libary Module then Bulk Operation 
- read up on the Send and Request commands. It's as simple as selecting a Voice, then 
click on the Request button.

I strongly suggest you read the chapters: Program Setup and AN1x/PLG150AN Overview 
and Using the PLG150AN under Getting Started. Furthermore, there are links to AN200 
specific tutorials and Reference Manuals here:
