Under System Setup, yes - that shoud be right.

600mesec is too fast for Bulk dump interval. Try it set for 1.0sec or greater. The SysEx file 
size of AN series bulk dumps are considerably larger than most.

You don't mention what type of MIDI Interface you are using, but be advised cheap sound 
cards with MIDI I/O are indadequate - get a real, multi-port MIDI Interface if you haven't 
already.

A single voice should only take a few seconds, a full bulk dump will take a couple of 
minutes. SInce you're able to affect changes from AN Expert Editor to the AN200 it sounds 
as though the cable connections are correct. Have you successfully performed a bulk 
transmission, either a single voice or many, to the AN200?
