AN1x problems - please help

2004-10-13 by Frank Blades

Thanks guys - not the answer I wanted (which was something like - 'switch it
off, toggle the flayrod and switch it on again, and it'll work fine':))) but
it is the solution I needed.

Right, where's me nearest Yamaha dealer...

Frank

Hi Frank ((in Bath, England - where ALL the houses are ancient),

Great signature ;-)

You might review this thread in the list archives from a couple of years

I didn't search forward from this post to determine if/how he resolved the
issue, but
the problem description is similar to your own. IMO, you're probably going
to need to
spring for service :-( Otherwise, you've a nice oversized, blue tone
generator :-/

Jon

The board probably needs the key contacts cleaned. I'd get a service
tech to do it. You'll spend an hour just unscrewing everything.
