It is, and if one were to search back through the archives they would 
find much information about this topic.  Unfortunately, the answer is 
to call or e-mail Yamaha, and no one likes that.

Yamaha's phone support is *notoriously* bad most of the time. I 
contact them by e-mail, and I have never had a problem.

I would be careful calling other peoples song files useless...  
That's probably not going to endear you to anyone.

Sounds like you're talking to the wrong people.  Maybe that's why 
they don't seem to care.

I e-mailed yamaha and got the CD, for free, in 3 days.

The next time someone asks this question, the answer should 
be "search the archives"....
