I have a zoom rt 323 with pads that do work fine. The evolutions did not feel right to me and I did not like them as much... Last weekend I played with them again at the local GC. I could not get them to open a korg box. The Korg micro was on display however and I think the feel on the keys on it might be similar. The Pads on the MicroKontrol are okay - they are at least as good as though on most drum machine and I *think* they are velocity sensitive. The Joystick should be great for stuff like Zebra or ES2 or that Wavestation softsynth. Heck, I'd like to own a KP2! The keys on the Korg are light and "springy" (for lack of a better adjective) - and I mean that in a good way. It was 'fun' to play. > But that isn't what I am after really. I do need to save settings on it as the vst's I use are different as well as the other synths. It isn't the keys for me, I sub that with a s-80 when I have things set up... Much to think and ponder.... > Yes, it saves it settings. You should check out the PDF manual from the Korg site. Jon
