Jan Hammer used a Minimoog through his Fender Twin, along with his Rhodes.  His work with John MacLaughlin and Billy Cobham, and even the theme from Miami Vice, were created on this combination.  This is purely an example, though, as there was no such thing as a powered speaker like the JBL Eon yet, or a dedicated keyboard amp until around 1982, so players experimented and used whatever was laying around.  The Twin/Rhodes combination was very popular in the late '70s.  I remember using a Fender 200W powered PA mixer, which was considered pretty advanced by some of my peers.

Also, while Jon Lord used Marshall amps for his B3, the were not stock models; they had been modified for use with Hammond Organ.  Lord also used Acoustic 360 and 370 amps from time to time.
