Re: what can and can't? (MIDI OUT)

sup Bruce

Yeah, the rm1x has a MIDI filter and even when I allow every MIDI-in
message to be accpeted, only some is recorded (i.e. aftertouch). It
doesn't seem to record changes like VCO1 and VCO2 changes (i.e delay,
speed, etc). Here's my setup:

an1x MIDI out > rm1x MIDI in
rm1x MIDI out > an1x MIDI in
an1x MIDI thru > xtreme lead MIDI in

Any thoughts?

be able to be copied by the sequencer. The AN1x uses standard MIDI
note on/off, control change (CC), and aftertouch commands -- nothing
unusual or fancy. Does your RM1x have a setting to filter out
various MIDI messages? If so, maybe it's filtering some of the
commands.
