AFAIK there is no method to disable the transmission of Channel Pressure from the AN1x. I downloaded a copy of the XL1 manual from E-mu and there does not appear to be a global disable for Channel Pressure - he'll likely have to disable Channel Pressure as a Modulation Source for the XL1 Patch in question. I could be mistaken so I'd advise checking in with the XL1 list here at Yahoo! Groups. Have you tried running the XL1 off the RM1x MIDI Thru? Does the RM1x allow filtering of Continuos Controllers? Most software sequencers and some multi-port MIDI Interfaces allow filtering of PB, AT, and CC's.
