The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hello;

After sereral hours spent to read this mailing list, I don't find the 
solution to my problem: I have Windows 98 SE, with Soundblaster 
Audigy Platinium eX, and I can't use my AN1xEdit (V 1.1): if the Midi 
Port Setup is on Port I or Port II, the AN1xEdit hangs (not 
responding) when loading bank or when sending a patch - my AN1x seems 
to receive a part of SysEx and produces a sound between the current 
patch and the new patch. I must Ctr-Alt-del to end An1xEdit.

If I disconnect the Midi cables, the problem still remains.

Sometimes, when assigning a port to Midi In, I receive "UNEXPECTED 
ERROR!", sometimes it hangs directly.

If the Midi Out is assigned to the SoundBlaster Synthesizer (SB 
Audigy Synth A, for exemple), there is no problem.

I have already used the AN1xEdit on the same hardware, but with 
Windows XP, and I had no problem.

I hope somebody can help me.
