It typically takes at least a business day to receive a reply but maybe they can help. The AN200/XG combo doesn't appear to be widely used on this list. You might want to search the archives for past discussions too. IMHO, an MU series rack or Plugstation might be a more suitable replacement then the AN200 desktop module - aside for the immediacey of the physical controls. Good luck. Jon
