From your problem description I believe you are trying to record the MIDI notes transmitted from the AN1x Arp/Seq into Logic and then have Logic playback those notes - triggering the AN1x. I'm guessing that the Arp/Seq for the AN1x Voice is still set to 'ON' when Logic begins playback of the Arp pattern previously recorded and what you are experiencing is double note events being triggered from both Logic and the internal Arp/Seq of the AN1x. I'd suggest you turn Arp/Seq 'OFF' for the AN1x and resave the selected voice before beginning playback of the recorded track from Logic. As an alternative to recording the output of the AN1x Arp/Seq into Logic, you could simply sync the AN1x Arp/Seq to MIDI Clock transmitted by Logic and simply record the root notes into Logic (not the output from tha Arp/Seq) and allow the AN1x Arp/Seq to trigger off playback from Logic. Make sense? The obvious limitation of this approach being that you can't easily rechannel the Arp/Seq data to another sound module as you could by recording the Arp/Seq output into Logic. Give and take. regards, Jon
