Hello,
I don't  know in what MIDI configuration u are but if u have 
a patchbay in the middle be sure u have MIDI Ins and OUTS sort 
it out properly , this is common prob most of the time 

when u send to PC to AN1X , PC MIDI out to AN1X MIDI IN 
when u want to send from AN1 to PC , AN1 midi out to PC MIDI IN 

sometimes in the midi pathbay there is only scenario num 1
