The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

I made sure I got divorced before getting into synths :-) Actually, 
no, hang on, it all happened around the same time....

Marital strife aside....

I have a problem with AN1x edit. The synth and the editor only 
understand each other one way, namely from the editor to the synth. I 
can open the programme, load up files from it to the synth, tweak 
them using the virtual buttons, all very fine and dandy (it is a VERY 
good programme, after all). What I can't do is send a voice from the 
synth to the editor. An error message appears, saying "Transfer 
error" I think it is. I've looked at the dump button in the matrix 
and seem to be doing the right thing (like selecting Voice when I 
just want to send the current voice), but no joy. Has anyone else had 
this problem, and did they fix it, or do I need to get Jimmy Saville 
in? (apologies to non-UK folk)
