The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

One problem for realtime correspondence over the internet is that the
internet is world wide, so when we are working here in Europe, people in
Australia are sleeping...

I tried this once (I admit very poorly done) with a Java chat applet 
at http://www.synths.net <http://www.synths.net>  but I think people prefer
a mailing list 
that archives messages for anytime viewing.  My site is still up but 
it may crash if there's too many logins.  Since its inception the 
traffic has been non-existent. ;-)

I'd check out any realtime correspondence: netmeeting, irc, webchat, 
etc...just to see what's going on.
