Actually, Jon, no, it still doesn't work. There is no difference in the display whether I press assign or not. Somewhat annoying, at this point. I'd love to find out what I'm doing wrong. I tried to get help at the Yamaha U.S. site, but I'm Canadian, and they won't offer support to me. The Yamaha Canada site is dreadful.
