Mouser carries both the Bourns and Alps encoders - the 24 detent models. Bourns #652-PEC11-4225F-S24 $1.68 each Alps #688-EC12E2424404 $2.66 each I need to get ahold of my contacts @ Yamaha and 1) see where my service manual and update chip are and 2) see if I can find out who/where they get their encoders from.
