Because of the discussion here recently, I decided to contact Yamaha (in
the Netherlands) to see if 1.04 was still available. I have 1.02 in my
AN1x, and don't have any problems with that version at all. However, I
thought it wouldn't hurt to get 1.04 anyway. They referred me to one of
their repair centers, and they ordered 1.04 for me. It was around 31
euro's including shipping, and I received it last week. I haven't had time
to install it yet.

So, contrary to other messages here, it *is* still available, and I would
be careful with copying it. It is after all copyrighted.
