Thanks for the response but it seems to be more noticable on bassier sounds and dissapears when the VCF is turned all the way down so its something before the filter or the filter itself perhaps.
It can be solved by softening the main VCA attack but I'd like to know why its happening in the forst place.
The same thing happens in mono mode so its not running out of polyphony.

 Might be too much Feedback in the VCA ;-) or it might be you have LFO Reset set to 
 KeyOn and the value for LFO Speed or Depth are way too high for the sound you are 
 aiming for.
