Hello ! What is the revision of the internal software? If it is too old, try to find the last one by some Yamaha sevice center . It is only an EPROM to change inside the synth ... Have a look at your soft sequencer to check if some midi messages are not filtered , or some controller numbers not allowed or something like that....
