I would love to have a 40-space 200e case (5x8), myself.

That said, there would need to be some research done if this was going  
to be a case that would work with e-modules, though. The I2C bus the  
interconnects the modules internally has a fairly low limit on  
capacitive loading. This could probably be gotten around by having the  
power distribution boards incorporate some sort of I2C extender chip,  
like the NXP P82B715 or maybe have the distribution board that has the  
power supply incorporate the TI PCA9518 I2C hub chip, and have the  
other boats star wire back to it.

At any rate, making a large case that would work with 200e modules is  
not just metal work and wood work. I think it could be done though.
