Hi!

The poly800 is vett sensitive to the volumelevel of the backup signal.
-Try lowering the volume and start load on poly800.
-Then start wav on computer.
-While wav is playing raise the volume until you see blinking in panel of poly800, then you have correct level
-restart load again and it should work, at least it did for me :)

Hi Greg.

Wow. Thanks for such a quick response. Your answers match up with what I was thinking/hoping for. I'm going to pull the C batteries out completely knowing the CR2032 is fresh and installed. I should see no ill effects like losing my sounds when I turn off the unit. This will help me confirm the battery mod made by a previous owner actually works. Then I'll test the C batteries by putting them back in and pull the CR2032.

Thanks again.!!!
Bob
