Subject: POLY800 Mod Question: dedicated effects?

Sorry I'm monopolizing the board lately but I'm just getting excited about getting my poly800 mod going.
Now that I have my beast all apart, given it a full spa treatment w/keys fixed, connections cleaned & repaired ( I'm also giving it custom paint and possibly led lights too) and circuit board mods coming soon as I get brave enough...
I was thinking of (cheaply) installing some form of a dedicated effects processor.
My Idea was taking something like a simple KORG Pandora Mini ( I know this is a guitar effects proc. and cheap but it's tiny and has LOTS of effects and I've messed with one and they sound fairly good) and sinking it somewhere into the body for dedicated effects. I was going to install it in such a way to make it easily by-passable, possibly even removable.
Other options: Alesis Microverb2/nanoverb, Various pedals I could tear the components out of.
(I have 3 old '80s analogue DoD effects pedals sitting around for chorus/delay/flange )
Any Thoughts/suggestions?
